This tenant improvement project was constructed partially in an existing new core and shell structure and partially in an older historic building. The project included concrete coring in a post tension slab over a parking garage for utility chases and raceways with steel fabrications.

The facility is both a restaurant and a tavern. The upstairs balcony has a wood finished floor-to-ceiling wine rack which houses more than one thousand different wine labels. Beautiful custom architectural woodworking is carried throughout the restaurant.

The outdoor patio provides dining with a majestic view of the beautiful Flat Iron Mountains.
