Robert Feldmann

Robert is an experienced, energetic construction manager and principle of CSDI Construction, Inc. His background includes design-build, commercial, multi-family residential and industrial projects. Robert's experience involves managing all aspects of construction from conception to completion. He oversees day-to-day operations of CSDI including relations with owners, superintendents, architects, engineers and inspectors to facilitate the construction process. He also prepares professional estimates and assists in staffing, cost control, and project scheduling. Robert has in-depth computer skills and is proficient in drafting, surveying and equipment operation techniques, all of which contribute effective orchestration of CSDI's construction management team.

Jeffrey Langan

Jeffrey brings more than 24 years of construction and development experience to the CSDI team. Jeff is a well rounded professional whose experience in the office and field enables him to work smoothly and successfully with diverse groups of people. From project to project, Jeff's flexibility aids in CSDI's overall success. He prefers to answer questions head on, making sure all involved parties are comfortable and well informed.

Carrie Van Houten

Carrie is an enthusiastic employee whose experience includes all phases of commercial construction projects. Carrie has had a role in all steps from start to finish on both new and remodel projects. Her responsibilities include; project management, writing contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders, creating and updating schedules, corresponding with architects, owners, engineers and inspectors. Carrie’s comprehension of construction projects and effective project management has made her an integral member of the CSDI construction team.

John Treinen

John has over 30 years of experience in construction management, civil engineering, estimating and design. He also is knowledgeable in construction surveying, environmental research and drafting of construction drawings. With his vast knowledge of and background in the construction industry, John is a vital member of the CSDI team.

Gale Hayden

Gale has worked in the construction industry for 10 years as a superintendent and an estimator. His responsibilities have included quantity take off’s for all types of construction, budgets for negotiated projects and general superintendent experience.

Don Cuslidge

Don is an experienced construction manager with over 25 years of expereince in the construction industry. The past 12 years Don has worked in commercial construction as a project superintendent, estimator and project manager. Now in marketing he enjoys meeting with architects, developers and owners, helping to get their construction projects completed with the best value possible.
