This Junior High School is part of an historic neighborhood and had experienced a roof fire in an HVAC unit. The challenge of the project was to repair the fire damaged structure while enabling the school to stay in session and hold classes for over 400 students.

CSDI replaced the HVAC unit, replaced the roof and roof structure, replaced the gymnasium floor, repaired the structural fire damage to the exterior walls, and successfully blended the new construction with the existing building.
