	This was a competitively bid contract for a 9000 square foot, 1.5 million dollar, addition and remodel of a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints meeting house in Garden Valley, Idaho. The project included demolition and rebuilding of the existing meeting house, including walls, ceilings and roof. The church continued to offer its normal services for the length of the project. The new addition included a one story, wood framed structure, constructed over a crawl space, a baptismal font, kitchen, chapel, gymnasium, library, and numerous classrooms. Site improvements were made including a new 57 space parking lot with associated landscaping and lighting. The interior of the church includes many level-five drywall finishes, sisal wall coverings, and skip trowel finish ceilings. The carpet and the pews were furnished by the owner and installed by CSDI. An above ground septic system and upgrades to the existing domestic water well were also included in the contract. The entire structure has a new Decrabond metal shingle roof and a combination brick and EIFS exterior.
