	This three-story apartment complex is situated above a one-story parking garage in historic downtown Boise. The building borders historic C.W. Moore Park on the west, and utilizes the same antique style streetlights to harmonize with neighboring design themes. All 47 luxury apartments have their own gas fireplaces and balconies. Each of the units also features a view of the private interior courtyard. Special construction features include a limited access security system and a unique drainage system for the courtyard. The parking garage is constructed of masonry, while the apartments above are wood framed construction with an exterior of EIFS and brick accents. Also, the parking garage was constructed with the ability to be converted into a future retail space.
