This eight story class A office building in downtown Boise features a fully finished basement, eight stories of offices and a penthouse with a patio garden.

The overall construction of the building is structural steel, lightweight concrete floors, and glass curtain wall with EIFS and brick accents. The interior finishes include custom light fixtures and laminates with stone accented floors.

CSDI also completed all the tenant improvements in the building which included offices for The Boise Area Chamber of Commerce, CSHQA a professional association, and Thornton-Oliver-Keller, a commercial real estate company.
