These two retail malls located in Nampa, Idaho were built in two phases. The first building is 12,000 square feet, completed in 1998. The second phase is 14,000 square feet, completed in 2003.

Both buildings are block with block columns at the corner facades. These buildings are very low maintenance and advance techniques were used to expedite construction, reducing costs even further for the second building. Advances included integral block color, the use of stucco instead of EIFS, and moving the down spouts to the center of the columns at the corner facades.
