The Front Streets Lofts is a 28,000 sf three story mixed use building with 30 residential units in the scenic city of Driggs. It is the one of two projects CSDI is building to kick start the Driggs Downtown Revitalization Project.
We’re well on our way to bringing this townhome project to the beautiful city of Hailey, Idaho. It is comprised of 12 units in 3 structures accumulating over 31,000 square feet of new construction.
The Idaho Fish and Game Headquarters is complete, and ahead of schedule. Thank you to everyone whose hard work and dedication made this project possible.

CSDI is under construction in Alamosa Colorado to build 70,000 square feet over five buildings of two-story multi-family dwellings and a clubhouse.

CSDI will bring to the city of Driggs Idaho a new affordable housing project with 31 units and 3 live/work units in one 44,780 SF three-story building.
Masqueray Lofts is comprised of 50 residential units on three stories totaling 35,000 sf of living space and a 17,000 sf podium parking structure.
CSDI will bring the city of Twin Falls in partnership with the owner a 6-story, 44-unit mixed use building.
These two anticipated projects are off to a good start with the team of ARCH Community Housing Trust, The Housing Company, Idaho Fair Housing, The Architects Office and the City of Hailey. We had a successful ground breaking ceremony on September 21, 2020.
The Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation in conjunction with Idaho Fish and Game, Glancey Rockwell and Associates, and CSDI Construction, Inc. had a ground breaking ceremony to kick off the start of the New Idaho Fish and Game Headquarters in Boise Idaho on August 20, 2020.
CSDI in conjunction with the developer and the city of Boise, has completed the Valor Pointe development.
